We are currently looking for a passionate and quality-oriented professional to contribute to our dedicated team as a Junior Communication Project Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive and dynamic environment.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
The selected candidate will be a real ‘Swiss knife’ who will support our Senior Project Managers in handling ambitious communication projects through a variety of diversified tasks:
- Create and design various corporate publications such as reports, presentations, brochures, and websites.
- Review these publications to ensure accuracy and consistency in formatting and style.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with the team, including other Project Managers and Graphic Designers.
- As (s)he grows, lead various internal and external communication projects from briefing to delivery, including budget follow-up and planning, and be responsible for the daily management, coordination, implementation, and execution of these projects with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Educational background: minimum bachelor’s degree in communication, journalism, languages or a related field. First experience in a communication agency is a plus.
- Creativity: a taste for design, added value in terms of fresh ideas, creative solutions and proactive input.
- Future-proof: capacity to learn rapidly, and willingness to evolve within the agency long-term.
- Positive personality: energetic, enthusiastic and hands on, with a can-do mentality to fearlessly tackle challenges.
- Quality-oriented: organized, independent, with an eye for detail, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical skills: proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with style guides.
- Language abilities: fluency in French and English, with a good knowledge of Dutch (spoken and written). Any other language is a plus.
